3Brain is the world’s first company that sells large scale high resolution MEA recording platforms and biochips. 3Brain’s patented core technology spans the field of large scale high resolution microelectrode array systems for in-vitro electrophysiology and its key competences are focused on CMOS integrated bio-sensor arrays for recording extracellular signals from electrogenic cells, networks and tissues, such as in-vitro neuronal networks, brain slices and cardiac tissue preparations.
3Brain is a start-up located in Landquart (Switzerland) integrating frontiers competences in both engineering and electrophysiology ready to support your research. The system has been elaborated in the frame of a NEST EU founded project coordinated by
SAMLAB, EPFL, Switzerland.
3Brain is currently strongly backed up by the
Fondazione Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT) with the
team of Dr. Berdondini, Genova, and collaborates with the Neuroengineering and Bionanotechnology group (headed by Prof. Sergio Martinoia),
Department of Biophysical and Electronic Engineering (University of Genova).

PhD, Biomedical Engineer, Post-Doc at the Neuroengineering and Bio-Nano Technology Group at the Department of Biophysical and Electronic Engineering (DIBE) of the University of Genova, Italy. Expertise: Advanced Software Programming, Computational Neuroscience, Electrophysiological Data Analysis, Cluster Analysis.
