Generate more predictive data at an unprecedented scale

Our mission is to provide researchers with unprecedented access to cellular activity. With CorePlate™ technology, you can capture complex functional dynamics in primary and stem‑cell‑derived neuronal and cardiac models to accelerate drug discovery, screening and translational research. CorePlate™, high‑throughput functional analysis without sacrificing resolution.
Talk
HD-MEA in Drug Discovery, from Phenotypic Screening to Lead optimization
  • Abstract: In this talk, we present a series of case studies demonstrating how CorePlate™ enabled HD‑MEA platforms provide scalable, label‑free measurements of neuronal activity, capturing both single‑cell electrophysiology and network‑level dynamics in primary and iPSC‑derived in vitro cultures. By enabling multi‑parametric analysis of spiking, bursting, and connectivity, these platforms deliver functional insights that extend beyond traditional endpoints, supporting more informed decision‑making across the drug discovery pipeline, from early screening through to lead optimization.
  • When: Thursday May 21, 10:50 A.M. - 12:10 P.M.
  • Speaker: Elisa Monz (3Brain)
